The owner told me that he will diagnose the problem for free but will charge for fixing it. On diagnosis he found that motherboard of the computer is damaged and he offered to backup the data for $65 which I declined . When I went to pick up the computer the owner demanded $65 to return the laptop. When he was reminded of his earlier assurance of free diagnosis, he did not not relent. I paid the money but told that I am an unhappy customer. At this point the owner yelled at me and threatened to call cops. I felt cheated and the owner was totally disrespectful.

They also sell new and used desktop, laptop, and all in one computers and will assist in migrating from an old PC to a new one. If you have PC problems, stop here first!
